Descripción: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate willing to develop his/her career as part of a global pharmaceutical company. The job purpose is to build and execute business plans to meet specialty sales goals for assigned territory, to drive territory sales performance, market share and optimal resource utilization, to develop effective professional business relationships and to implement robust action plans with complex customers including hospitals, institutions or local health authorities.

Execute business plans for assigned product lines/brands, customers or therapeutic area; uncover and develop new business opportunities.
Develop and apply understanding of customer organizations and networks, and of diverse influences that affect customer decisions.
Execute call plans for customers.
Adapt and optimize approach and communications style during sales calls, responding appropriately to customer needs.
Deploy and use Marketing and Sales promotional materials and programs; coordinate direct promotion programs and facilitate pull-through activities.
Develop deep specialist product and disease state knowledge in a specific therapeutic area and leverage this to build professional customer relationships and support sound clinical discussions.
Use detailed knowledge of competitor products’ features and benefits during sales calls to improve sales of products.
Integrate customer-facing activities in cross-functional teams (e.g. Medical Affairs, Market Access) to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the cross-functional teams between the territories.


Requisitos: - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences is a plus.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A successful sales track record in a competitive pharmaceutical environment.
- Demonstrating a good analytical, planning and organizational skills.
- Strong account management skills and ability to identify and grow new business.
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (oral and written) is a plus.
Nivel de estudios mínimo requerido: Licenciado
Experiencia profesional mínima requerida: 3 años
Disponibilidad para viajar requerida: El 40% del tiempo laboral
