The sales representative main mission will be to present health care and OTC products to the pharmacist to encourage sales as well as work in the pharmacy merchandising to activate the sellout.

As a Sales Representative you will:
• Be the main point of contact of the pharmacists of your area
o Coordinate and drive actions of tele sales and detailing team to targeted pharmacies
• Assure to follow compliance policy:
o Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through face to face and meetings with pharmacists
o Deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget
• Assure the sales objective fulfillment and regional market share
• Promote the direct sale of J&J products
• Implement tactical actions aligned with the sales and marketing strategy which may contribute to accomplishment of the proposed objectives;
• Report daily activity in the CRM system;
• Ensure the information sharing with direct leadership about market tendencies and competition activities in the region;
• Participate at the sales and promotional formation;
• Assure a segmented implementation of the company pharma go-to-market strategy
• Prepare pharmacy visits with product presentation, news and promotions
• Perform merchandising actions at the point of sale to promote sell-Out
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the pharmacy that can report higher sales and report it to their responsible

Your main interactions will be internally with the local Sale and Trade Marketing team as well as the BI and analytics team

• A minimum of university business degree; ideally a health science diploma qualifying for OTC detailing
• Proven sales experience (3-5 years minimum): Knows how to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Preferred experience: experience in the area of pharmaceutical Industry, especially in OTC and personal care products. Personal care, CPG, FMCG experiences also valued
• Strong communication and negotiating skills (preferred companies RB, Sanofi, Pierre Fabre, P&G, Angelini, Unilever)
• Good understanding of sales and marketing principles: category management and trade marketing knowledge would be considered a valued plus.
• Experienced user of sales CRM systems like Salesforce
• Must be able to work > 90% of the time on the field
• Upper Intermediate knowledge of English
• Driving license
• Residence in Guadalajara
