Descripción
Description of the tasks / routine work:
• Review to study protocol, CRF, database design and validation specifications where appropriate.
• Annotate CRFs.
• Set-up of clinical study database, regardless the platform used: Electronic Data Capture (EDC) or paper
• Development of all edit checks specified in the Data Management Plan in the development environment
• Software testing, validation and documentation of the edit checks developed prior to pass to production.
• Development of all programs and reports needed for a given study as per request of the Data Project Manager or the corresponding Clinical Data Management Team Leader (CDMTL).
• Testing of all programs and reports generated.
• Promote into the production environment all new versions of programs, edit checks, reports, etc from the development environment and after adequate testing and sign-off by the CDMTL.
• Maintenance of the global standard libraries.
• Development and delivery of loading external data
• Development and delivery of observational datasets to Sponsors and company Biostatistics.
• Assist in developing and implementing new technologies in the clinical data management field
• Assist IT in testing and evaluating new upgrades to technologies.
• Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and maintenance of any NetTrack (in-house EDC) project in accordance with the software development SOP.
• Provide helpdesk services to clinical sites performing clinical studies as appropriated.
• Any other task requested by line manager.

Requisitos
Education/Qualifications
• Educated to University/College degree level or equivalent in a computer science or industry-related discipline, e.g., B.S/B.Sc./B.A./R.N.
• Ideally you should be qualified to degree or diploma level in computer science with 2 years relevant work experience. Preferred experience includes Oracle database programming, preferred languages include SQL PL/SQL, C#, SAS and preferred clinical systems include one or more of the following: ClinTrial, Oracle Clinical, MediData Rave and/or InForm.
• Disciplined Work Approach, Communication, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Computer Skills, Language Skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Some experience of the pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous.
