In partnership with the Human Resources Director, your main functions will be supporting employees as single point of contact in operational topics:

• Manage the full life-cycle of the local HR Operations: Personnel administration, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits and administrating the employee lifecycle
• Management of the organization structure in our IT System
• Ensure compliance with local labour law and company policies.
• Taking ownership for process performance & continuous improvement and HR data quality.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Good understanding of HR Operations (i.e. payroll, HRIS, benefit administration, etc.)
• Strong knowledge or HR processes (Employee Lifecycle) - Experience working with HR software (ideally SAP Successfactors)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication skills in English (oral and written) as well as the ability to adapt the communication style to the audience.
• IT savvy and analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality (advanced Excel).

Inglés nivel Alto.
