Ashfield Engage is looking to place a Marketing Brand Manager in a direct hire by our client.

Key responsibilities:
Supporting the Country Director, the Marketing Manager will be accountable for the localisation of Global marketing campaigns, which support both the success of the existing products and new product pipeline together with short- and long-term business goals. To contribute to the development and growth of the strategic growth brands as a key member of the country commercial team. Developing and implementing tactical elements via multi-channel including but not limited to; digital, social media, sales activities, and promotional materials for the specific product or therapeutic areas. Assists with budget development.
Works closely with Field force (KAMs & MSLs) to provide tactical elements of the brand plan.

Requisitos
You have:
- an academic degree.
- post graduate education (MBA etc)/formal Marketing Qualification
- at least 5 years of experience in a commercial environment in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- at least 5 years experience in a marketing role developing and implementing marketing strategy, managing budgets and tracking campaign progress across pharma/healthcare.
- new product launch experience.
- good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and regulatory landscape.
- digital strategy and engagement experience.
- knowledge of country specific regulations.
- Fluent English spoken and written
