Excellent opportunity to work as an Area Manager for Nord East Spain been part of an international medical equipment manufacturer specialised in ultrasound surgical guidance for cardiology and vascular surgeries.

Description


  • Maximize the territory potential in terms of sales orders, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction of the company products

  • Sales planning and execution in the territory

  • Organize product demonstrations, site visits, and follow up

  • Prepare and co-ordinate the tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with superior

  • Track market effectively and provide accurate current and forecasts data using information tools available

  • Support local marketing activities

  • Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data

  • Communicate effectively with members of the sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicate leads to relevant colleagues

  • Generate, record, and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision-makers

  • Deliver annually set sales quotas and other goals, as described in your "Goals and Objectives"

Profile


  • Life Science or Healthcare degree

  • 5 years of experience in selling medical equipment; capital equipment for the operating theater

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably within the cardiac or vascular field

  • Advanced level of english (C1)

  • Experience in consultative selling, which requires great interpersonal skills with emphasis on quality oral communication and experience with training and education

  • Has used Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook extensively

  • Technical and clinical product understanding

  • Structured, well organized, manages time effectively

  • Independent and self-driven, but works well in teams

  • Deep understanding of how the different regions in Spain operate.

  • Availability for travelling 40-50% of the time
