Join our team and strategically lead our sales and marketing initiatives in Northern Spain!

We are looking for:
· A person of integrity

· Previous experience leading sales teams

Assigned location: North of Spain, located in Barcelona.

What you will do:

· Oversee the development of the commercial team (currently six people), fostering a collaborative and high performance working environment.
· Spend 60% to 80% of your working day visiting clients and conducting commercial activities.
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability objectives in the assigned area.
· Ensure compliance with customer agreements and public tenders, maintaining strong and profitable relationships.
· Use data analysis skills to interpret market trends and develop adaptive strategies.
· Develop annual budgets in coordination with the sales and marketing team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
· Incorporate new technologies and digital tools to optimise processes. Assess and anticipate changes in the business and regulatory environment to adjust business strategies.
· Develop strategic connections with key opinion leaders in the medical sector and propose partnerships that drive our sales and brand recognition.
· Collaborate with Supply Chain for optimal stock and operations management.
· Assist in identifying training needs and providing useful information to other departments.
· Comply with quality, environmental and compliance policies.

Remuneración anual: Compensation between €40,000 and €50,000 + variable pay.

Requisitos
What we take for granted:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales.
· Valid driver’s license.
· IT Skills required (Microsoft Office suite)

What we value positively:
· Previous experience in the health sector.
· Experience in charitable projects, NGOs or volunteering.
· High level of English.
