Our company is looking for a Global Project and Launch Manager to support our business geographical expansion strategy in key selected therapeutic areas and countries.

As a Global Project and Launch manager you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of strategic launch and roll-out projects assigned with high exposure to senior management, managing available resources and activities to be performed by the members of different departments involved in the project, as well as overseeing compliance of the established deadlines, budget, KPIs, risk management, etc., maintaining inter-departmental information flow and contributing in solutions and organizational improvements and process analyses that will aid the achievement of the strategic objectives.

You will need to engage actively with different Senior leaders and other internal key stakeholders across the business to understand the global product launches /project expectations, align market-specific launch assumptions and any need for acceleration. You will need to align, lead, collaborate and influence across functional teams.

In executing your role, you will also apply your specialist knowledge and skills in project/program management, project planning and methodologies to deliver product launch as planned.

Identify the areas involved and main milestones for the defined strategic projects
Set up and formalize the Project Core Teams, Work Streams and SteerCo.
Draw up the project plan in close collaboration with members of the Project Team.
Evaluate the necessary costs and resources in the different project phases and check they are properly allocated.
Follow-up the project KPIs achievement in terms of tasks, timings and costs
Housekeeping tasks: arranging meetings, chairing, and formalize agreed actions.
Creating and maintaining the project's shared information repository.
Ensuring correct flow and dissemination of the project information within the Project Team and the organisation.
Risk Management and anticipation of bottlenecks. Analyzing alternatives and proposing solutions, in coordination with the Project Leader and the Department Heads involved.
Reporting the overall project/program status to the relevant key internal stakeholders and coordinate the Project Steering Committee.
Providing feedback to the project team members.

Requisitos
A professional with university degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering. Complementary training in Project Management or an MBA is an advantage.
Professional experience of minimum 5-7 years in Project Management within the Pharmaceutical industry, including the lead of complex and transversal projects at Global scale above the country.
Use of planning / follow up / reporting tools
Knowledge and experience with the New Product Introduction processes
Experience of working cross-functionally with supply, regulatory, BD&L, commercial, marketing and medical.
Supply Chain knowledge
Knowledge of Regulatory procedures for reimbursed drugs and Access activities
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple countries and culture
Experience of working with Operations functions
Ability to engage with senior management cross-functionally
Project/program management capabilities
Good understanding of Risk Management
High level of written and spoken English (at least Advanced or C1)
Communication skills,.
